JS8Call Setup for Log4OM
While I’ve been on this adventure of mine, I have been using JS8Call to make contacts. I downloaded and installed the latest version and then set it up to log into Log for the Old Man (Log4OM).
At the writing of this I am camping on BLM land just outside of Bisbee, Arizona. This is a gorgeous area. Here’s an audio recording of my station from the Utah SDR.
Log4OM Setup for JS8Call
If you’ve been following along on this website you’ll have Omni rig set up for Log4OM and we will use that for JS8Call also. Just like we did with WSJTX. See WSJT-X and LOG4OM Tutorial Free and Easy! and NEW Log4OM 2 Logging Program Install and Initial Setup.
We need to enter a line in the ADIF Functions window that calls the JS8Call log file. I’ll explain in the video below. That does it for Log4OM. Now for JS8Call.
