Tech Tips For Ham Radio
Good day all! I have been answering questions from Hams all over and I prepared a few Tech Tips videos. I hope to make many more of these. My original idea was to keep these short so they could be uploaded to YouTube Shorts. However it usually takes longer than 60 seconds to address a topic or question and there are other limitations making YT Shorts.
On my YouTube channel, Ham Radio With K0PIR, these will be in the "Tech Tips" playlist. I'll add #hamradio #techtips #shorts on the top and hopefully they will get recognized by the algorithm as a quasi YT Short video.

I am trying to set up HRD 6.8 with the IC-7300 so my friend in the hospital can do SSB. We already have it working with WSJT-X (thanks for the nice video). We are using rustdesk for remote connection.

That’s terrific to get that going for your friend. I have not used HRD for remote operation.

This helped me out it is how I finally got Log4OM working on my 7300.
Once I used Default and set rig as OmniRig my transmit function would work on WSJT X
